About Kiera

I was voted a top 10 coach on Leland for 2025. I'm a former BCG consultant, now at Harvard Business School. My coaching has had an almost perfect success rate so far in helping applicants land MBB offers. Candidates I've coached this year have landed roles at BCG, Bain and McKinsey. While at BCG, I led internal recruiting efforts and gave resume and cover letter feedback to 50+ prospective applicants. Under Leland, I've coached many to successful MBB offers.
