About Kevin

I help teams collaborate and deliver results by bringing order out of chaos. After 14 years of building solutions as an engineer, consultant, product manager, and organization leader for companies of all sizes, from a 100,000+ people company to brand-new startups, I discovered a powerful pattern: Behind every delayed project, low-quality deliverable, poor communication and stressful team lies a broken collaboration system. My specialty is to help leaders fix these root causes. Serving people by doing the right things right drives everything I do. I am a hands-on partner to leaders to strategize and teams to execute systems with diligent follow-ups that instantly provide visibility, organization, and accountability. Nothing falls through the cracks

Why do I coach?

Instead of letting people spin their wheels and get stuck in a cycle of stressful and unproductive teams, I coach to empower leaders to drive change through concrete actions of passing the ball, organization, and clear communications. It starts with their team, and from there, we can set an example for the entire organization to follow.
