Why do I coach?
I love seeing others succeed. I had the chance to mentor and apprentice with many distinctive and accomplished people and I love being able to pay it forward for individuals who are new to the industry, struggling with challenging situations or conflict, or just thinking about the right path to take as they look ahead to reviews, promotions, or major decisions. I bring a unique, self taught view to being a successful, senior management consultant and know what it takes to do it without an MBA.

Conducted sophisticated post test analysis on data to accurately determine characteristics of air blast and effects. Developed image analysis code in Matlab and Python to determine detonation wave properties. Oversaw and managed $2.0M+ in research efforts investigating computational modeling of blast effects.
