I was hired into the org as 1 of 3 positions for a brand new Management Development Program driven by Herb Kohler. I was able to hold roles that blended my love for golf, hospitality and newly found passion for marketing. I was a part of the Corporate Communications team (this acted like an in-house agency) and worked on the hospitality division of the Kohler business, including doing planning, account management and social media management for Whistling Straits, Blackwolf Run, 2012 U.S. Women's Open, and other events like the annual Kohler Food & Wine.
