About Jubin
Great leaders don’t just hit targets. They build trust. They shape culture. They create environments where people actually want to show up and do their best work. But let’s be real—leadership can feel overwhelming. Starting a new role. Managing a team for the first time. Learning to speak with confidence in rooms where you're not sure you belong. It can be hard to know what to say, how to say it, and who to be when the stakes are high. I’ve been there. At Apple and Lululemon, I led high-performing teams, coached new managers, built onboarding programs, and helped turn fast-paced ops into purpose-driven, people-first spaces. Over time, I noticed a pattern: The people who grow the fastest aren’t the ones who have all the answers. They’re the ones who are willing to get clear, speak up, and lead with intention—not just hustle. That’s the work I do now. I coach emerging leaders, international professionals, and high-potential talent to build the communication and leadership skills that actually move careers forward. Things like how to run a one-on-one, navigate tough feedback, prep for interviews, speak with clarity, and lead in high-stakes environments. The stuff no one teaches you—but everyone expects you to know. In 2025, I published Global to Local: Adapting and Thriving in the American Workplace. It hit #1 on Amazon in Human Resources and Communication within 72 hours, and has since become a go-to resource for professionals navigating culture, credibility, and confidence in the U.S. workplace. What I bring to the table: ✅ Leadership coaching grounded in clarity and confidence ✅ Interview prep and communication coaching for career transitions ✅ Public speaking, presence, and messaging support ✅ U.S. workplace culture strategy for global professionals ✅ Onboarding and learning programs that actually stick ✅ Feedback, performance, and team alignment tools ✅ Workshops and facilitation that help people show up and lead well At the end of the day, my job is to help you unlock what’s already in you—so you can lead boldly, communicate clearly, and build a career and culture that actually fit. Because leadership isn’t about doing it all. It’s about doing it well. And if you ask me, it’s a great day to have a great day. Let’s get to work.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I believe most people are sitting on way more potential than they realize. And sometimes? They just need someone in their corner who sees it, says it, and helps them unlock it. It’s not about giving answers. It’s about helping people ask better questions, think bigger, and move with confidence—even when the path isn’t clear. I’ve seen how small mindset shifts can spark massive change. I’ve watched clients go from second-guessing themselves to walking into rooms like they belong there. And I’ve seen the ripple effect that happens when someone finally owns their voice and their value. But if I’m being real? I coach because it lights me up. Helping people grow, break through, and build a life and career that actually feels good—that’s what drives me. Coaching is about clarity. It’s about connection. And it’s about giving people the tools to lead with purpose, power, and presence. Because once you start showing up as who you really are, everything changes. Theres a link to a video below.
