About Josh
I’m Josh a product deployment strategy working in Customer SuccessThroughout college, I wore a lot of hats: I coached students in live sales roleplays, helped build an AI startup from the ground up, led my business fraternity, and even created a Survivor-style competition that brought together 100+ people on campus (yes, like the TV show). What drives me is helping people tell their story and show up with confidence — whether that’s in an interview, a pitch, or figuring out their next move. I’ve worked at both large companies and scrappy startups, received offers in sales, strategy, and product, and now work in a post-sales strategy role at a high-growth tech company. Outside of work, I’m a big fan of fantasy football, reality TV strategy games, and finding ways to make big decisions feel a little less overwhelming. I’m here to be real with you, support you, and help you feel ready — wherever you're at in your journey.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how overwhelming it can feel to figure things out alone. I’ve been in that place, trying to navigate interviews, build confidence, tell my story, and break into competitive roles without a clear roadmap. What made the biggest difference for me was having people in my corner — mentors, teammates, and coaches who gave honest feedback, believed in me, and helped me grow. Now I want to be that person for someone else. Whether it’s helping you prep for a sales roleplay, rewrite your resume, or just feel more confident in your path, I care deeply about helping people show up as their best, most authentic selves. Coaching isn’t just about tactics. It’s about helping you believe in your own potential. That’s what excites me every time.
