About Johnny

I worked at Moelis LA for 18 months coming from a non-target, after having recruited for roles at Goldman, BX, Centerview, and J.P. Morgan. At Moelis, I worked across M&A and restructuring across sports, entertainment, and healthcare, ultimately closing 3 transactions totaling $1.7bn. I have been at Tenex for the last 4 years, most recently as a Senior Associate, where I've underwritten 5 new platforms, and have done over 40 add-on acquisitions. I've received a VP offer and will be returning to Tenex after 2 years at Wharton. I have successful experience coaching students from a variety of schools in breaking into Wall Street, notably UGA, Georgia Tech, University of Miami, Michigan, Indiana, Texas, Wake Forest and the Claremont Colleges. I've recently helped kids place at Evercore, Goldman, Vista Equity, and EQT. In my free time, I love watching SEC Football and the New York Rangers, and reading / listening to a variety of different Substacks and Podcasts.
