Career Tides is a 1:1 coaching package for new grads and very early professionals who want to build confidence, communication skill, and steady self trust early, so work feels more manageable and you grow faster with less stress. You will receive: • Six private 1:1 coaching sessions over three months • Three assessments, plus guided interpretation woven into coaching • Simple reflection prompts between sessions so you apply what you learn immediately • Light between session support for quick questions and follow through Some of the common coaching activities included in this package are: • Naming the situations that spike stress and self doubt, then building a steadier response plan • Getting clear on how you learn, communicate, and collaborate best so you stop forcing yourself into styles that do not fit • Practicing how to ask good questions, advocate for what you need, and speak with clarity in meetings • Building a simple feedback approach so you can hear input without spiraling, and act on what matters • Strengthening professional boundaries that protect your energy and focus • Defining an early career direction so your next steps feel intentional, not random

Scheduling and timeline: This package is designed to be completed within 3 months. Between session support: Includes up to 45 minutes of between session support between sessions (reviewing reflections, responding to quick questions, and short check ins).
