About Jine
Originally from Delta, Nigeria, Jine Uzor moved to the United States at the age of 15 to further her education. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and Business Honors from The McCombs School of Business at THE University of Texas at Austin. She has also recently received admission into the Harvard Business School MBA Class of 2027 through their 2+2 deferred admissions program. During her time on the forty acres, Jine gained relevant experience through internships with KPMG, Bain and Company, and seven other smaller startups. She will be starting as an Associate Consultant at Bain and Company in the fall. Jine has spent 200+ hours mentoring and tutoring students through various programs. Additionally, she has coached students into internships at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, and various other non-consulting firms. As a coach, Jine prioritizes math and non-math case interviewing strategies, idea generation, quick thinking, and professionalism. Jine loves to focus on tying together behavioural interviewing tips with best-in-class casing strategies to create a stand-out candidate. Story crafting throughout the application process is a must and Jine is dedicated to maximizing each applicant's potential through their story. Jine can also help with negotiation and deciding between offers. Outside of work and school, you can find Jine cooking, playing badminton, or enjoying a casual television show.
Why do I coach?
I am passionate about helping people realize their maximum potential. As I have benefitted tremendously from the mentorship of my family, I wish to do the same to others whenever I have the means to do so.
