About Inna
In 2008, I made the life-changing decision to step away from pursuing a prestigious PhD in Molecular Genetics. It was one of the most challenging and defining moments of my life. I had deeply identified as a scientist but realized it wasn’t fulfilling. Letting go of that identity gave me the freedom to dream, strategize, and take charge of my career. Since then, I’ve embraced a diverse and dynamic career journey—spanning engineering, product management, and marketing. Along the way, I discovered my passion for leadership and have grown from an individual contributor to serving as a VP/GM for a large, impactful organization. I also find great joy in coaching and teaching, sharing my experiences as a visiting lecturer at the Butler Lacy Business School MBA program.
Why do I coach?
Coaching is deeply meaningful to me because I’m driven by the joy of seeing people realize their potential, embrace their skills, and recognize the opportunities for growth ahead of them. As a coach, I focus on collaboratively developing career strategies with my clients, equipping them with the tools they need to achieve their goals and succeed. Watching their journey unfold is incredibly fulfilling and fuels my sense of purpose—it’s what I’m meant to do.
