About Inna

In 2008, I made the life-changing decision to step away from pursuing a prestigious PhD in Molecular Genetics. It was one of the most challenging and defining moments of my life. I had deeply identified as a scientist but realized it wasn’t fulfilling. Letting go of that identity gave me the freedom to dream, strategize, and take charge of my career. Since then, I’ve embraced a diverse and dynamic career journey—spanning engineering, product management, and marketing. Along the way, I discovered my passion for leadership and have grown from an individual contributor to serving as a VP/GM for a large, impactful organization. I also find great joy in coaching and teaching, sharing my experiences as a visiting lecturer at the Butler Lacy Business School MBA program.
