Hey there! My name is Gia. I'm originally from Colombia and I'm currently the CTO & CPO for Marqi. Marqi specializes in financial & digital identity, with the purpose to disrupt virtual inneficient processes through our Credoit Passport. Marqi originally is a spin off from Redstone, a mortgage FinTech specialized in automating the mortgage industry. A few things about my experience so far: - Did my Bachelor’s and Master’s here as an international student, therefore, very familiar with all the process. Currently a H-1B holder - Worked in Private Equity, mostly doing mid-market deals, companies producing $20-$200M in revenue - Worked in Venture Capital, managed 7 thematic funds, investing in companies related to Frontier, FinTech, CPG, Web 3.0, among others - I’m an Angel Investor in a few companies, including public.com that specializes in fractional shares and TBH which is a plant-based Nutella spread, founded by Noah Schnapp from Stranger things - I love coaching and helping others achieve their goals.
