About Garrett
I am Garrett Wolfe, Co‑Founder, CRO & President at Galaxy, where I drive everything from sales and partnerships to growth operations and GTM engineering. At Galaxy, I lead a modern GTM organization, often building systems and campaigns from scratch. Prior to Galaxy, I was employee number nine and the first business and growth operations hire at Unify, where I architected the automated outbound engine, inbound funnel, partnerships, revenue operations, and sales enablement processes. Within a year, my team generated over $15 million in qualified pipeline by designing scalable, predictable GTM workflows Before entering the startup world, I worked in technology investment banking at Morgan Stanley and served as a software growth equity investor at TZP Group in New York City. I hold a degree in Computer Science from Duke University and grew up in Westchester County, NY. Outside of work, I’m a passionate cook, runner, and film photography enthusiast. I also love working out, discovering new restaurants across New York City, and traveling whenever I can. Over the years I’ve coached numerous professionals through career transitions, helping them land roles at JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Lazard, and early-stage tech companies like Hebbia, Tennr, Rogo, Sequence, Charta Health, and Traba.
Why do I coach?
When I was in highschool I was a chemistry teacher's assistant. I fell in love with teaching and coaching others and have loved helping people throughout my whole life. I coach today because the IBD, VC, and startups worlds are hard professional paths to break into, and only thru practice and research can you break in!
