Being waitlisted is not a "no" - it's just a "not yet." You should feel proud of getting this far, because it would have been easy for the school to just move on from your application, but doing the same thing that got you waitlisted won't get you admitted. In this sprint, I will perform an audit of your original application to identify exactly why the AdCom may have hesitated. Was it your story? Your career goals? Your yield potential? Once we isolate the variable, we can address it. We will craft an update strategy that provides the AdCom with high-value content that will help you get across the finish line.
An admissions officer review of your submitted application to identify the "red flag" or "gap" that caused the waitlist decision.
A concrete plan on what to change—whether it’s retaking the GMAT, leading a new project at work, or clarifying your career goals.
Two rounds of deep edits on your update letter. We will craft a narrative-driven argument for your admission.

During my time inside the admissions office at Chicago Booth, I learned a hard truth that drives my work today. There is a massive gap between being qualified for an MBA and actually getting admitted. Most of you are qualified for admissions to one of the top business schools in the world. You have the grades and the work experience (or internships, in the case of Deferred appicants). But for the last 17 years, my job has been to help applicants move from the 'qualified' pile to the 'accepted' pile. I do that by helping you strip away the generic business jargon, find your core story, and build a narrative that actually sticks in the memory of an admissions officer. As a member of AIGAC, I’m constantly talking to schools to understand what they are looking for this specific cycle. As MBA applicants, the bar is incredibly high because you are selling potential, not just history. My goal is to help you figure out how to prove that potential.
