Most applicants have the raw materials — the scores, the GPA, the job title — to make for a successful MBA submission. Unfortunately, given the record application volumes in 2025, this is not going to be enough. In this comprehensive partnership, we will move beyond surface-level grammar edits to answer the brutal "So What?" question for every single component of your application. Whether you are applying to one school or five, we do not copy-paste, but instead custom-fit it to the specific DNA of each institution (e.g., pivoting your narrative from the "collaborative leadership" of Kellogg to the "change-maker" ethos of Stanford GSB). My goal is to go beyond just admissions, and provide coaching that will create a narrative that not only gets you to admission, but also maximizes your chances of a merit scholarship. The Roadmap (What We Will Do): Phase 1: The "Story Mining" & Forensic Audit The Deep Dive: We start with the mining of your background through live and asynchronous sessions. From this, we find the "hook" that differentiates you from the 4,000 other consultants/engineers in the pile. The Resume Strip-Down: We delete the jargon. We rewrite your resume to focus purely on quantifiable impact and strategic leadership. If a bullet point doesn't pass the "So What?" test, it goes. Phase 2: The Core Narrative Construction The "Anchor" School: We build the master narrative for your top-choice school. This is the hardest part of the process—drafting, shredding, and rewriting until the voice is authentic and the logic is bulletproof. Unlimited Iteration: I do not count "rounds" of edits. We work until it is perfect. Phase 3: The Strategic Pivot (For Multi-School Packages) The "DNA" Adaptation: If you select a 2, 3, or 5-school package, we do not just find-and-replace the school name. We fundamentally re-angle your story. We take your "Core Narrative" and translate it into the specific language and values of the target school. Short Answer Strategy: I treat the 250-word short answers with the same rigor as the main essay. This is often where acceptance is won or lost. Phase 4: The "Sales Team" (Recommenders) The Recommender Briefing: You will hand your recommenders a "Cheat Sheet" I help you design, ensuring they highlight the specific traits (e.g., "resilience," "innovation") that validate your essays. Phase 5: The Final Polish & Interview Mock Interview Simulation: Once invited, we run a full-scale mock interview. I will grill you on your story gaps so the actual interview feels easy by comparison. Who This Is For: Candidates who have high stats but feel their story is "generic." Candidates targeting top-tier programs (HBS, Wharton, GSB, Columbia, Booth, Sloan) who need a partner to manage the complexity of a multi-school campaign. Candidates who want brutal, direct feedback.
The "Story Mining" Intensive: A multi-hour deep-dive into your background. We will find the psychological "hook" that connects your childhood influences to your future career goals, ensuring you separate from the herd
The "So What?" Resume Transformation: We remove all jargon and rebuild the document line-by-line to focus purely on quantifiable impact and leadership potential, ensuring every bullet point proves you are ready for the C-suite. (This is the exact strategy that helped clients secure $160k+ in scholarships last cycle).
Unlimited Narrative Construction: I do not count "rounds" of edits. We draft, shred, and rewrite your core essays until the argument is bulletproof. We work until the voice is authentic and the logic is solid..
Strategic "School DNA" Pivot: (For Multi-School Packages) We do not "copy-paste." We take your core narrative and translate it into the specific value language of each target school—pivoting your story from the "intellectual curiosity" required by Chicago Booth to the "principled leadership" required by HBS.
The "Shadow" Recommender Packet: You will hand your recommenders a strategic briefing document I help you design. This ensures they highlight the exact traits (e.g., resilience, emotional intelligence) that validate the claims made in your essays.
The "Waitlist Prevention" Audit (Short Answers): Most candidates burn out on the 200-word data forms. I treat these with the same rigor as the main essay. We use this space to plug gaps in your profile, preventing the doubts that lead to waitlists.
Simulation-Based Interview Prep: Once invited, we run a full-scale mock interview. I will grill you on the weak points of your application so that the actual interview feels easy by comparison.

During my time inside the admissions office at Chicago Booth, I learned a hard truth that drives my work today. There is a massive gap between being qualified for an MBA and actually getting admitted. Most of you are qualified for admissions to one of the top business schools in the world. You have the grades and the work experience (or internships, in the case of Deferred appicants). But for the last 17 years, my job has been to help applicants move from the 'qualified' pile to the 'accepted' pile. I do that by helping you strip away the generic business jargon, find your core story, and build a narrative that actually sticks in the memory of an admissions officer. As a member of AIGAC, I’m constantly talking to schools to understand what they are looking for this specific cycle. As MBA applicants, the bar is incredibly high because you are selling potential, not just history. My goal is to help you figure out how to prove that potential.
