Receiving an interview invitation is a massive achievement. It means the admissions committee already likes your written story and now want to meet the person behind the paper. It is completely natural to feel anxious about this next step. Many applicants make the mistake of over-rehearsing and sounding robotic. Others try to wing it and end up rambling. My goal is to help you find the perfect middle ground. In this supportive but rigorous simulation I act as your interviewer and narrative guide. We will focus on the core themes of your story. I tailor the style of the interview to your specific target school. Whether you are facing a deep dive into your resume for HBS or a behavioral assessment for Kellogg you will feel prepared and centered.
Targeted Preparation: Before we meet I review your submitted application. My questions will be tailored directly to your profile and potential blind spots just like the real admissions committee
Live Simulation: We will conduct a realistic 30 to 45 minute mock interview simulating the exact tone and pacing of your target program
The "So What" Feedback Conversation: Immediately following the mock we will break down your performance. We will apply the "So What" test to your answers to ensure your impact is clear.
Coaching delivered via live sessions.
In preparation, please send me your completed application materials, including at a minimum your MBA resume and MBA essays for target school that you want to practice in the mock setting.
This package covers my preliminary review of your application materials a 60-minute live session divided between the mock interview and real-time feedback and a brief follow-up email with my final notes.

During my time inside the admissions office at Chicago Booth, I learned a hard truth that drives my work today. There is a massive gap between being qualified for an MBA and actually getting admitted. Most of you are qualified for admissions to one of the top business schools in the world. You have the grades and the work experience (or internships, in the case of Deferred appicants). But for the last 17 years, my job has been to help applicants move from the 'qualified' pile to the 'accepted' pile. I do that by helping you strip away the generic business jargon, find your core story, and build a narrative that actually sticks in the memory of an admissions officer. As a member of AIGAC, I’m constantly talking to schools to understand what they are looking for this specific cycle. As MBA applicants, the bar is incredibly high because you are selling potential, not just history. My goal is to help you figure out how to prove that potential.
