You have spent months writing essays, tweaking your resume, and wrangling recommenders. You're close to the finish line. But before you hit "submit," this service will help you get an objective review from someone who knows exactly how an Admissions Committee reads a file. AdComs read fast, and they are looking for reasons to say "no." I want to help you isolate and address those reasons before you hit submit. In this asynchronous audit, I will review your entire application package - essays, resume, short answers, and recommendations - exactly as a top-tier AdCom would. I do not sugarcoat weaknesses and will tell you if your career goals are coherent and if you have established a clear vision that fits with that school's culture. This is an opportunity for you to get an assessment of whether your essays sound like they were written by AI, or if the "why" behind your application comes across as authentic. This is not an editing service - while I may provide a few suggestions on specific items to change, the goal of this exercise is to provide you with a comprehensive, multi-page feedback document detailing exactly what works, what fails, and the immediate, tactical changes you can make to take a good application and turn it into a great one.
The "Red Flag" Analysis. I will identify any vulnerabilities in your profile, whether it’s a "humble brag" weakness, or a narrative gap between your past experience and future goals, and tell you exactly how to mitigate them in your essays.
The "So What?" Essay Stress Test: I will review your essays to ensure you explain the stakes of your stories and the why behind your career goals, ensuring you sound like a leader.
The "Authenticity Check": Admissions officers can spot AI-generated, over-polished essays. I will tell you where your voice sounds robotic or cliché and suggest how to inject the authentic, memorable details that will help you get admitted.
The "Resume Scan": I will review your resume to ensure it supports the rest of your application, identifying which strategic leadership bullets to amplify.

During my time inside the admissions office at Chicago Booth, I learned a hard truth that drives my work today. There is a massive gap between being qualified for an MBA and actually getting admitted. Most of you are qualified for admissions to one of the top business schools in the world. You have the grades and the work experience (or internships, in the case of Deferred appicants). But for the last 17 years, my job has been to help applicants move from the 'qualified' pile to the 'accepted' pile. I do that by helping you strip away the generic business jargon, find your core story, and build a narrative that actually sticks in the memory of an admissions officer. As a member of AIGAC, I’m constantly talking to schools to understand what they are looking for this specific cycle. As MBA applicants, the bar is incredibly high because you are selling potential, not just history. My goal is to help you figure out how to prove that potential.
