The STAR method is one of the most important elements of interview prep in non-technical interviews. Being able to highlight your experiences and accomplishments in a cohesive manner in this format is a MUST in sales interviews, as this speaks to your ability to communicate in front of the customer too. This package will include 3 sessions (1hr each) focused on (1) developing the right stories for your interview prep (2) crafting them in the STAR format (3) mock interview for feedback and revision
