If there's one theme that defines my professional journey, it's being a lifelong learner who thrives on tackling new challenges. What might look like a scattered path has actually been my greatest strength: I've learned how to quickly absorb new industries, communicate my transferable skills effectively, and navigate various interview processes. From my English major at UCSB to breaking into finance, then pivoting to consulting followed by my MBA at Kellogg, each transition required me to teach myself new skills, network strategically, and master unfamiliar interview formats. Having been through multiple career pivots myself, I understand the challenges of positioning yourself for roles that might seem like a stretch on paper. As a coach, I help professionals tell their story with confidence, whether they're making their first career move or their fifth, because I know firsthand that with the right preparation and mindset, you can successfully transition into almost any field.
