Hey there! I am a recent graduate of Harvard Business School and an incoming management consultant at Bain & Co. I almost self-selected out of the HBS application process, as I didn't come from a "target school" or a "target employer" (whatever that means). I love helping others that may not have too many "gold stars" on their resume, yet have the passion, determination, and intellectual firepower to succeed at a top business school. I personally spent a tremendous amount of time and energy in the MBA application process without the assistance of a formal mentor, yet realize in hindsight the value that one could have brought. I'd love to distill those key insights and help you craft your personal narrative, whether it be for an MBA application or just early-career navigation!

About Dusty
I recently graduated from Harvard Business School in May of 2023, where I served as Co-Chief Admissions Ambassador, Co-President for the Management Consulting Club, and Co-President for the HBS Outdoors Club. I will be starting at Bain & Co. in the Atlanta office in January of 2024. My background is in consumer products supply chains, and I'm always eager to discuss the future of supply chain sustainability! On the personal side, I'm an avid sports fan, ultimate frisbee player, LEGO collector, and aspiring film critic.
Why do I coach?
Where I'm from, not many people even think about attending a prestigious MBA program, much less applying for one. I have had the privilege of several mentors throughout my career journey that have sprinkled the seeds of inspiration and ambition when it comes to achieving my career goals, but have also emphasized the importance of the pursuit of non-financial outcomes (family & community). I strive to pay that forward throughout my day-to-day life, and perhaps serve as a source of inspiration to others who might not otherwise envision themselves crossing the stage on Baker Lawn on graduation day.
