I've been building, breaking, and automating things since the Commodore 64 era. What started as a kid typing BASIC into a home computer turned into over two decades of running technology businesses in Vienna. Since 2009, I run two my company cloudvox.at, where I help SMBs and startups escape the administrative quicksand that comes with running a business. My specialty: building intelligent automation systems that handle the repetitive, soul-crushing tasks nobody signed up for when they started their company. I'm an n8n Ambassador and Certified Expert Partner, which means I spend a lot of my time designing workflows that let AI and automation do the heavy lifting, from invoice processing and email triage to complete accounting preparation pipelines. My clients regularly tell me the best part is checking their monthly tasks and finding 80% of the work already done. What makes my approach different is that I eat my own cooking. Every automation I build for clients started as a solution to my own frustrations. I know exactly what it feels like to drown in admin work when you'd rather be solving real problems, and I know the relief when a well-designed system takes that weight off your shoulders. My background spans infrastructure, networking, VoIP, Ruby on Rails development, and self-hosted systems. I'm not an expert in just one thing, and that's by design. Understanding how all the pieces fit together is what lets me see automation opportunities others miss. When I'm not automating things, I organize community events, speak about AI security and business automation, and spend my weeks off with my two daughters in Vienna.
