Automate the work you never signed up for
I've been building software and infrastructure since the C64 era, which gives me a rare perspective in the automation space: I don't just know AI tools, I understand the full stack underneath them. As the founder of two companies and an n8n Ambassador for Vienna, I build process automations that I use myself every single day. My accounting is 80% automated, my invoice processing runs without me, and my email triage sorts itself. I'm not teaching theory from a slide deck; I'm sharing systems I've built, broken, fixed, and rely on personally. What makes me different as a coach is that I speak both languages: I can go deep on technical implementation with developers, and I can explain the same concepts to a business owner who just wants their invoicing to stop eating their weekends. I work primarily with SMBs and startups who are drowning in repetitive admin work and don't realize how much of it can run on autopilot. My approach is practical and honest. I'll tell you what's worth automating, what's overhyped, and where AI actually delivers real value versus where it's just a shiny distraction.
