About Chava
Hi, I’m Chava — a career coach with a deep background in the sports industry and business development, and a passion for helping others unlock the power of authentic networking to grow their careers. Over the past several years, I’ve built my career at organizations like the NBA and Wasserman, where I developed partnerships, drove revenue, and built lasting relationships across the industry. But more than anything, I’ve seen how opportunities — the kind that truly change the game — often come from conversations, connections, and the courage to reach out. Networking has been at the core of every step I’ve taken in my own career, and now it’s one of the things I love most about coaching others. Whether you're looking to break into a new industry, grow within your current role, or simply figure out what’s next, I’m here to help you build the confidence and strategy to connect with the right people — and make those connections count. My coaching approach is practical, collaborative, and deeply people-focused. I’ll help you clarify your goals, tell your story effectively, and develop the networking and outreach tools that open doors — all while staying true to who you are. In addition to networking strategy, I also support clients with building strong, tailored resumes and LinkedIn profiles, as well as navigating the job search and application process with purpose and professionalism. Together, we’ll make sure every piece of your career toolkit reflects the value you bring. Let’s work together to build a career (and network) that truly supports your growth.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I truly love helping others succeed — especially when it comes to building careers that feel aligned, exciting, and meaningful. There’s something powerful about watching someone go from unsure and stuck to confident and taking action — and it’s a privilege to be part of that process. Throughout my own career in the sports industry and business development, I’ve been lucky to have incredible mentors who’ve supported me not just professionally, but personally too. Their guidance, encouragement, and belief in me have made a lasting impact — and it’s what inspires me to pay it forward through coaching. While my resume might read as a series of successes, the truth is I’ve faced plenty of rejection and uncertainty along the way. I know how it feels to get the “no,” to question your path, and to wonder if things will ever click. But I’ve also learned that those moments of rejection — while tough — are where growth happens. They build resilience, sharpen clarity, and often lead to something even better than what you originally imagined. That’s why I coach: to help others push through the self-doubt, bounce back from the “no’s,” and move forward with purpose and confidence. You’re more capable than you think — and I’m here to help you see that, and act on it.
