As a Diversity Training Coordinator, I am dedicated to promoting equity and inclusivity within child welfare through targeted training, development, and strategic initiatives. In this role, I led the steering committee for the Addressing Child Welfare Disparity (ACWD) initiative in Miami-Dade County, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies aimed at reducing disparities within the child welfare system.
