Package Description:

This mock interview package is designed to help you prepare for a general MBA admissions interview by practicing under realistic conditions and then receiving detailed, structured feedback. The session is scheduled as a 2-hour block and includes two distinct parts: • A 30-minute mock interview, conducted fully in character to closely replicate the real interview experience • 60–75 minutes of feedback and coaching, where we break down your responses, identify strengths and gaps, and discuss how to improve your structure, clarity, and delivery Both portions are recorded, so you can revisit the feedback as you prepare for your actual interview. This format is ideal for candidates who want realistic practice, clear guidance, and enough time to deeply understand what to improve — not just surface-level tips. Note: This mock is designed for general MBA interviews. It is not tailored to highly specialized formats such as HBS’s or Wharton's interview styles. HOW IT WORKS Before the session • You’ll submit your resume in advance so I can tailor questions to your background. • You’ll receive a meeting link (Zoom or Google Meet) prior to the session. During the session 1. Mock interview (≈30 minutes) • We go fully “in character.” • No pausing or coaching during this portion. • I’ll take detailed notes throughout while you answer questions under realistic conditions. 2. Debrief + coaching (≈60–75 minutes) • We walk through how the interview went, question by question. • I’ll explain what worked, what didn’t, and how admissions interviewers are likely to interpret your answers. • We’ll discuss how to tighten structure, clarify impact, and handle common follow-ups. • There’s plenty of time for questions and discussion. After the session • You’ll receive links to the recorded mock and feedback portions once processing is complete. • You’ll also receive a timing summary showing when each interview question and feedback segment appears in the recordings, so you can easily jump back to specific moments. ⸻ WHAT’S INCLUDED • One 30-minute realistic MBA mock interview • 60–75 minutes of detailed feedback and coaching • Full recordings of both the mock and the debrief • Resume-based interview customization • Structured, admissions-focused guidance you can revisit as needed

I take a practical, efficient, and straightforward approach to MBA admissions coaching. Since 2018, I’ve worked with hundreds of applicants across a wide range of backgrounds, reviewing over 400 resumes and close to a thousand essays. Seeing this many materials over the years has given me a clear sense of what strengthens an application - and what tends to hold candidates back. - How I Work - My process is built around asynchronous, recorded reviews - a format I’ve refined over the years because it consistently produces clearer, more candid, and more actionable feedback. You’ll receive a screen-recorded walkthrough where I go line by line through your essays or resume, explaining how an admissions reader is likely to interpret your materials and where adjustments will have the greatest impact. This approach has multiple advantages: 1. It mirrors the admissions reading experience. Ad-coms review your materials without additional context, so I do the same. You won’t have the opportunity to explain or add context during an application review so evaluating your materials as-is is the most accurate way to give you feedback on what is missing and how strengthen them. 2. It’s more efficient. You receive a recording you can rewatch as needed, which makes the process far more efficient than a live call. In a 20‑30 minute recording, I can cover the same amount of feedback that would easily take well over an hour in a live session since there’s no pausing for note‑taking or back‑and‑forth clarification. 3. More candor, less hesitation. Recorded reviews allow me to be fully straightforward about what’s working and what isn’t, without the natural softening that happens in live conversations. That means you get clearer, more direct guidance focused purely on strengthening your application—not on managing the emotions of the moment. 4. No scheduling friction. I’m based in Europe, and asynchronous feedback ensures a predictable turnaround without any time-zone challenges. It also allows for more focused, uninterrupted analysis I offer live calls as an add-on to packages, but most applicants find that recorded feedback is more detailed, more efficient, and easier to revisit as they revise. - What You Can Expect From Me - Direct, structured, actionable guidance focused on clarity, narrative strength, and alignment with what MBA programs tend to value. My goal is to help you present your experiences in a way that is easy to follow, authentic to you, and compelling to admissions committees. If you’re looking for thoughtful, candid, and experienced support with your application materials, drop me a note!
