I was a member of the Quality Committee overseeing activities at all EPMG facilities.

I sat on the Residency Oversight Committee, Residency Evaluation Committee and led the ER Administrative Curriculum for 4th year residents. The supervisor of Medical Students and of the County EMS reported to me. I oversaw Urgent Care Services and numerous Physician Assistants. I sat on numerous committees at the Medical Staff and departmental levels and participated in a Daimler-Chrysler Rapid Work Redesign Group.
