Description

Most job searches don't fail because of one big problem. They fail because of one or two small ones, and nobody ever points them out. Maybe it's a resume that buries the achievements that actually matter. Maybe it's a networking approach that gets you conversations but never referrals. Maybe it's how you're answering the first interview question. Whatever it is, it's usually fixable, and it's usually invisible to you because you're the one doing it. That's what the Job Search Diagnosis is for. In this 30-minute, one-on-one live session, you'll walk a coach through your entire job search so far: what you've applied to, how you've been networking, what your interviews have looked like, where things have stalled. The coach isn't there to give you generic advice. They're there to find the specific one or two things that are quietly working against you and tell you exactly what they are. You'll leave the session knowing precisely what's been holding your search back, why it's been happening, and what to do differently starting now.

Invested Coach focused on Early-Career Professionals Needing Clarity

Most career advice sounds the same: Update your resume, network more, figure out your five-year plan; in other words "You need to mold to the system and play their game". But when you're early in your career and stuck on the deeper questions, like "Am I even heading in the right direction?" or "Why do I feel lost when everything looks fine on paper?", generic advice doesn't cut it. I coach differently. I start with who you are, not where you're trying to go. Your strengths, your values, what actually energizes you, and where you're settling for less than you're capable of. I'm direct and I'll tell you the truth, but I lead with empathy and I listen more than I talk. People I've coached say I have a way of taking ambiguous, complex situations and turning them into clarity and actionable next steps. I've coached over 25 early-career professionals through promotions, pivots, tough conversations, and the harder questions about direction and purpose. Many have gone on to lead teams, own high-visibility deliverables, and step into roles they didn't think they were ready for. But what I hear most isn't about the career wins. It's that people felt heard, believed in, and challenged in a way that changed how they see themselves. That's what I care about most. If you're early in your career and want a coach who remembers the small details, gives you honest feedback with the "why" behind it, and helps you build something that fits your whole life, I'd love to talk.
