Some people need ten cases and barely any behavioral work. Some people have the case reps already and are losing offers on the PEI. Most people don't know which one they are until we've done a few sessions together. This package doesn't make you guess up front. You buy a block of sessions and we spend them on whatever is actually holding you back — cases, behavioral, or any mix — decided as we go and re-decided whenever the picture changes. How the sessions get used: • Case sessions. A full live case at real interview length, then feedback. Structuring, math under pressure, exhibit reading, and the synthesis at the end that most candidates rush. Cases are drawn from real MBB-style problems and are unseen. • Behavioral / PEI sessions. Building and pressure-testing your stories against what the firms actually score. This is the half most candidates under-prepare, and at McKinsey it carries close to the same weight as the case. • Any split you want. Fifteen sessions can be fifteen cases, or eight and seven, or twelve and three. You don't declare it at purchase and you're not locked in. Why me: I was a consultant at McKinsey, interview-trained by the firm, and I led Midwest recruiting — which meant delivering hiring recommendations after on-campus interviews. I've run 250+ live cases since. You'll get the read I'd have given the room, not an encouraging one. How we'll run it: • We start with a diagnostic case, so we're working from where you actually are rather than where you think you are. • You get written feedback after every session, not just a verbal debrief. • I'll tell you when the mix should change. If your structure is solid and your stories are thin, I'll say so and we'll move the remaining sessions to behavioral. • We'll set a session cadence that matches your actual recruiting deadlines. Pricing: sessions are $390 each at 5. From 10 they're 5% off ($370.50 each). From 20 they're 10% off ($351 each). Best for candidates who know they need real volume and don't want to buy it five sessions at a time — and for anyone who genuinely doesn't know yet whether cases or behavioral is the thing standing between them and an offer.
