bring a CHRO perspective shaped by years of operating at the executive level inside complex, global organizations. I’ve led people functions across companies at very different stages, from early-stage and high-growth environments to large, multi-billion-dollar enterprises, and I’ve done so as a true business partner to CEOs and executive teams. My approach to HR has always been commercially grounded. I’ve made people decisions in the context of growth targets, margin pressure, operational constraints, and risk—not in isolation. Whether the work involved organizational design, leadership effectiveness, compensation, performance management, workforce planning, or talent strategy, the question was always how people decisions supported business outcomes and execution. I’ve rebuilt and scaled people organizations end-to-end, replacing fragmented or legacy practices with disciplined, enterprise-ready operating models. That includes designing leadership frameworks, decision rights, operating rhythms, and systems that hold up as complexity increases. I understand what it takes to move HR from a reactive function to a credible, trusted part of how the business runs. My remit has also extended beyond HR into adjacent enterprise functions, including technology, security, real estate, facilities, ESG, and internal communications. That breadth matters in HR work. It means I understand how people decisions intersect with systems, risk, communication, and execution, and how HR leaders must operate across functions to be effective at the executive level. Clients work with me in this category when they want practical, business-driven guidance on people decisions—not policy debates or theory. I help HR leaders and executives strengthen judgment, increase credibility, and make people decisions that are aligned with strategy, grounded in reality, and sustainable over time.

About Barb
I’m a Chief Human Resources Officer, Executive & Leadership Coach, and Board Advisor with more than 25 years of experience working alongside CEOs and senior leadership teams. My career has been built inside complex organizations, supporting leaders through growth, transformation, and high-stakes decision making. I’ve led global people and culture work across scaling companies and enterprise environments, with deep experience in organizational design, executive leadership dynamics, M&A integration, and large-scale change. I understand how leadership decisions land inside organizations because I’ve been accountable for making them—and for navigating their impact over time. That operating background shapes how I coach. I bring a pragmatic, business-literate perspective, strong pattern recognition, and an ability to quickly understand context, power dynamics, and what matters most in a given situation. My style is grounded, direct, and steady, with a focus on insight that leads to durable leadership shifts rather than surface-level fixes. I coach senior leaders, emerging executives, and high-potential professionals who want a thought partner with real executive experience—someone who understands the realities of leadership and can engage at the level they’re operating.
Why do I coach?
Coaching helps clients gain clarity and turn it into action. The best leaders know they don’t have to do it all alone. They know when it’s time to step back, think differently, and work with someone who’s fully in their corner. I work with high-performing leaders who want to lead more effectively, work through challenges with intention, and make real progress on what matters. I support clients by creating space for them to step out of the day-to-day—and step up to the next level. Whether you’re navigating complexity, growth, or reinvention, coaching is a place to reset your focus and move forward—thoughtfully and powerfully. One-on-one coaching is tailored to your goals, role, and reality. Clients come to coaching with goals as unique as they are—but many focus on: • Leading through growth, change, or complexity • Leveling up as a new or evolving leader • Rebuilding energy and confidence after burnout or setbacks • Improving team dynamics, communication, and trust • Navigating tension or stuck points with clarity and grace • Clarifying their voice, vision, or long-term path • Navigating a career pivot or job search • Preparing for the next big leap in their career
