I am an executive coach and seasoned operator with over 25 years of experience helping leaders and organizations scale—without losing clarity, culture, or their minds. I've held executive roles in global HR, operations, and communications; led cross-functional teams spanning IT, Security, and Real Estate; and owned a P&L for over a decade. I have coached and advised founders, CEOs, and leaders as they navigate growth, complexity, tough decisions, and team dynamics. My style is direct but thoughtful—grounded in decades of real-world leadership experience and always in service of helping clients lead with more clarity, greater intention, and better results—on their terms.
