Why do I coach?
I coach because I am passionate in helping leaders grow into the most impactful, authentic, and empowered versions of themselves. Since the greatest impact on employee experience is that of their manager, the world becomes a better place when we have leaders showing up in a positive and meaningful way. My coaching is rooted in both evidence-based practices and a deep understanding of human behavior. I work with clients to clarify goals, uncover blind spots, strengthen emotional intelligence, and cultivate the presence and perspective needed to lead effectively in today’s dynamic world.
