Most of our work together will happen during scheduled 1:1 sessions, which you can book in advance. I recommend starting with a regular meeting cadence so we can build momentum and make the process easier to manage, but there is flexibility based on your timeline, interview schedule, and job-search needs. Between sessions, you can expect clear next steps and focused work to move your search forward. This may include revising your resume or LinkedIn, researching target roles, practicing interview stories, building outreach lists, or completing skill-building exercises. I will also be available by email or text for support between sessions, especially when you need quick feedback, help thinking through an opportunity, or guidance before an important conversation. My coaching style is structured, direct, and practical. I will help you clarify your strategy, pressure-test your narrative, and stay accountable — but the best results come when we treat this as an active partnership. I will support you in the background, and you will do the work needed to move your career search forward.
