Andrea Hart

I'm a lifelong teacher, leadership coach, curious human, and believer in what people can become when they have the right mix of challenge, understanding, support, and permission to be themselves. I’ve spent much of my career helping leaders navigate significant moments including: stepping into a new role, finding their voice, leading through change, leading imperfect people and teams (as an imperfect person), successfully addressing challenges, rebuilding confidence, or figuring out what they want the next chapter to look like. What I love most is the moment when someone sees a possibility for themselves that they couldn’t see before. Outside of work, I’m a mom of three grown daughters, a former actor, a jazz vocalist, an avid learner, and currently writing a book about what it really takes to lead humans well. I bring curiosity, candor, humor, and a lot of energy to the people I work with — because growth is serious, but I don’t think it has to feel bland. As such, I'll be your partner and advocate.
