For more than 20 years, I've helped executives navigate the moments that define their leadership—stepping into larger roles, leading through transformation, building high-performing teams, influencing stakeholders, and making difficult decisions under pressure. As a former Principal Director at Accenture and AVP of Leadership Development at Verisk, I've coached more than 300 senior leaders and executives across Fortune 500 organizations in life sciences, financial services, technology, manufacturing, and healthcare. My coaching is grounded in real executive experience. I've advised leaders through enterprise transformation, organizational change, executive transitions, AI adoption, and culture transformation while helping organizations build stronger leadership capability. I also designed Verisk's Human Judgment leadership capability to help leaders strengthen the uniquely human skills that matter most in an AI-enabled workplace: sound judgment, curiosity, accountability, communication, and ethical decision-making.
