I began my academic career teaching interpersonal communications, small group and team communications and public speaking for beginners and advanced. As a former Principal Director at Accenture, I led large-scale transformation journeys for Fortune 500 clients, focusing on leadership development and culture transformation. My expertise extends to executive coaching, where I've guided numerous professionals to excel in communication and executive presence in their leadership roles. About Andrea
I'm a lifelong teacher, leadership coach, curious human, and believer in what people can become when they have the right mix of challenge, understanding, support, and permission to be themselves. I’ve spent much of my career helping leaders navigate significant moments including: stepping into a new role, finding their voice, leading through change, leading imperfect people and teams (as an imperfect person), successfully addressing challenges, rebuilding confidence, or figuring out what they want the next chapter to look like. What I love most is the moment when someone sees a possibility for themselves that they couldn’t see before. Outside of work, I’m a mom of three grown daughters, a former actor, a jazz vocalist, an avid learner, and currently writing a book about what it really takes to lead humans well. I bring curiosity, candor, humor, and a lot of energy to the people I work with — because growth is serious, but I don’t think it has to feel bland. As such, I'll be your partner and advocate.
Why do I coach?
That's easy. I love helping people see what’s possible for themselves — especially when they’re at a point where they can’t quite see it yet. I coach because I’ve seen how much can change when someone has a space to think out loud, be supported and challenged without being judged, and reconnect with their own judgment and confidence. I don't provide people with an "off the shelf" formula for becoming someone else. I support them as they become more fully themselves — clearer about what they want, more intentional about how they show up, and more willing to act on what they already know. The best coaching moments for me are the ones where something clicks and the person says, in one way or another, “Oh. I get it. Now, I know what I need to do.” That's gold.
