Experience level: Director
’m a certified coach and higher education leader who helps purpose-driven professionals navigate transitions, reclaim clarity, and build lives that feel aligned—not just impressive on paper. With a background in leadership development, equity-centered practice, and organizational strategy, I bring both heart and structure to my coaching. My clients are often at a crossroads—feeling stuck, burned out, or ready for something more—but unsure how to move forward. Together, we cut through the noise, reconnect to what matters most, and create clear, actionable paths toward meaningful change. My approach is grounded, affirming, and gently challenging. I blend deep listening with practical tools so you leave each session with both insight and momentum. If you’re ready to make decisions with confidence, set boundaries that honor your energy, and design a life that actually feels like yours, I’d love to support you.
