About Andrea
Dr. Dre Domingue is a dynamic and passionate coach, consultant and educational leader whose brilliance, curiosity, and warmth bring out the best in others. Known for her tenacity, intellectual rigor, and inclusive energy, she engages deeply with people, helping them connect and grow together. With a strategic mind and a talent for translating complex ideas, Dre combines experience with vision to create meaningful impact. Compassionate, grounded, and intentional, she balances confidence with humility, fostering spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to do their best work.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I’ve seen firsthand how powerful small, intentional steps can be. Big change rarely happens all at once—it builds over time. I love helping people take those first few steps that eventually lead to meaningful shifts in their lives and organizations. My approach is shaped by my own journey. Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked with several leadership and life coaches who supported me through moments of growth and transition—figuring out my career path, navigating how to lead and supervise teams, learning how to prioritize my wellness alongside my work, and even building community after relocating. Those experiences made a real difference in how I show up, both professionally and personally. Coaching gave me space to think, reflect, and move forward with more clarity and intention. It wasn’t about having all the answers—it was about having the right support. That’s what I aim to create for the people I work with: a space where you can slow down, get clear, and start moving forward in a way that feels manageable and aligned. If you’re feeling stuck, stretched, or ready for something more, we’ll figure out your next step—together.
