Package Description:

Turn a “no” into a confident admit Reapplying to business school is not about trying again; it’s about applying better. This package is designed specifically for MBA reapplicants who want a clear diagnosis of what went wrong, a sharp strategy for what must change, and hands-on support to execute a materially stronger application. You’ll leave with a compelling reapplicant narrative, upgraded positioning, and applications that clearly signal growth, self-awareness, and readiness for an MBA. What’s Included: 1. Comprehensive Reapplicant Diagnosis (Deep dive + written action plan) We start with a rigorous review of your prior application(s), including: - Essays, resume, and short answers - School selection and positioning - Career narrative and goals clarity - Recommendation strategy and execution - Interview performance (if applicable) You’ll receive: - A clear assessment of why you were denied or waitlisted - Identification of gaps vs. execution issues vs. signaling problems - A prioritized roadmap for what must change this cycle 2. Reapplicant Strategy & School Positioning Session (60–90 minute live session) We’ll define a winning reapplicant strategy, including: - How to frame growth since your last application (without defensiveness or over-explaining) - Whether to reapply to the same schools, add/remove schools, or retarget tiers - How to reposition your profile relative to each school’s values and culture - Clear criteria for what “enough improvement” actually means 3. Reapplicant Narrative & Essay Strategy (Live working session + written guidance) Together, we’ll craft: - A tight reapplicant narrative that admissions teams respect - A growth story that is specific, credible, and non-generic - Clear guidance on what not to revisit from last year - School-specific angles that demonstrate reflection and maturity This includes a detailed essay map for each school you’re reapplying to. 4. Essay & Resume Editing (Multiple Rounds) You’ll receive hands-on editing support, including: - Line-by-line essay edits with strategic commentary - Structure, clarity, and voice refinement - Resume repositioning to highlight leadership, impact, and progression - Feedback focused on signaling Edits are iterative and collaborative—this is not a “one-pass” service. 5. Recommendation Strategy & Guidance We’ll ensure your recommendations actually reinforce your reapplicant story by: - Re-evaluating recommender selection - Helping you brief recommenders effectively - Aligning recommendations with your growth narrative - Avoiding redundancy with essays and resume 6. Interview Prep (If Invited) - If you receive interview invites, this package includes: - Reapplicant-specific mock interviews - Coaching on how to address “What’s changed since last year?” - School-specific interview strategy and tone calibration - Feedback on presence, clarity, and executive communication 7. Ongoing Support & Accountability Throughout the process, you’ll receive: - Asynchronous feedback between sessions - Clear deadlines and decision checkpoints - Strategic guidance when tradeoffs arise - Honest, direct coaching (no fluff, no false reassurance) Who This Package Is For: - MBA reapplicants who want a materially different outcome, not marginal edits - Candidates reapplying to top programs - Applicants who value strategic honesty and execution excellence - Professionals who want their application to reflect who they actually are and who they’re becoming Outcome: By the end of this package, you’ll have: - A clear explanation of your prior results - A credible growth narrative admissions teams believe - Stronger, sharper applications that signal readiness - Confidence in your strategy, regardless of outcome

Stanford MBA Reapplicant Success l Expert in Nontraditional Paths

I’ve been on both sides of the MBA admissions process, including getting rejected one year and accepted the next, and that experience fundamentally shapes how I coach. I earned my MBA from Stanford GSB after initially being turned down, and I know firsthand that success isn’t about becoming “more impressive,” but about becoming clearer, more honest, and more intentional in how you tell your story. I especially enjoy working with nontraditional candidates who have taken risks, pursued unconventional paths, or are charting their own way forward. Before business school, I worked at McKinsey & Company and later led large-scale operations at Rocket Internet and Uber across multiple countries. Since then, I’ve founded and scaled mission-driven companies, including the country's largest worker cooperative, raised capital, served on boards, and won a Tony as a Broadway producer. I coach applicants to articulate not just what they’ve done, but why it matters, how they think, and who they are as leaders. My approach is candid, strategic, and deeply personal. I help you identify the through-line in your experiences, pressure-test your goals, and craft essays that sound like you, not a consultant-written version of you. I’m particularly well-suited to working with nontraditional candidates, reapplicants, and those navigating career pivots, because I’ve lived those paths myself.
