Package Description:
This package includes two 45-minute live sessions plus async support throughout. Here's how it works: Session 1: Resume Deep Dive - We'll audit your current resume together, identify what's missing, what's weak, and what's working. I'll give you direct feedback on positioning, impact statements, and how to tell a coherent story across your experience. Session 2: LinkedIn Strategy - We'll align your LinkedIn presence with your resume and make sure your profile is optimized for the roles and opportunities you're actually targeting. This includes headline, about section, and experience framing. Async support: Between sessions you'll have access to me via messaging for follow-up questions and one round of written feedback on your revised resume and LinkedIn before our second session.

I'm direct. I won't tell you your resume is great if it isn't - I'll tell you exactly what needs to change and why. I bring both the recruiter lens (I've evaluated hundreds of candidates at BCG) and the strategic lens (I know how to position a career story, not just format a document). Most clients come in thinking they have a presentation problem. Often it's a positioning problem. We'll figure out which one you have and fix it.
Before we get started: Please come to Session 1 with your current resume and a clear sense of the role or industry you're targeting. The more specific you can be, the more useful our time together will be. Turnaround time: For async feedback, expect a response within 48-72 business hours. Revisions: Async feedback includes one round of written revisions. Additional rounds can be arranged separately. Rescheduling: Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a session. Late cancellations may forfeit the session. Package expiration: Sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase.
