Package Description:
This package includes two 45-minute live sessions designed to get you from confused to committed. Session 1: Get to the Real Question - Most people come in thinking they have a career problem. Usually it's deeper than that. In our first session we'll cut through the noise - what you think you want, what's actually driving your decisions, and what's been getting in the way. No frameworks, no personality quizzes. Just an honest conversation that gets to what's actually going on. Session 2: Build Your Plan - Once we're clear on direction, we build a concrete plan to get there. What's the next move, what does the path actually look like, and what are you committing to by the end of this session. Async support: Between sessions you'll have access to me via messaging for follow-up questions and reflection prompts to help you process what came up in Session 1 before we move to action in Session 2.

I don't start with your resume or your options list. I start with you. I have a background in psychological and brain sciences alongside my experience at P&G, Wharton, and BCG - which means I'm trained to hear what's underneath the question you're actually asking. Most career coaches will help you optimize a decision. I help you figure out if you're even solving the right problem. My approach is direct and honest. I won't validate a path just because it sounds impressive. I'll help you get clear on what you actually want and build something real from there.
Before we get started: Come to Session 1 ready to be honest - with me and with yourself. There's no wrong answer, but vague answers will slow us down. The more open you are, the more useful this will be. Turnaround time: Async messages answered within 48-72 business hours. Rescheduling: Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Late cancellations may forfeit the session. Package expiry: Sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase.
