I also coach on interview mastery, value proposition, and salary negotiation so you’re prepared for every stage, from job applications, hiring manager rounds, and final offer decisions. My style is tailored, direct, and practical. I combine my experience as a Finance Program Manager at Google with coaching 1,200+ professionals to explain the “why” behind each recommendation and give you clear, structured guidance you can rely on moving forward. I’ve worked with clients across industries and career stages, from students applying to their first internship to senior leaders navigating promotions and executive-level transitions.
