Before we meet for our 1:1 interview prep session, I’ll review your resume, background, and target roles in advance so our time together is spent practicing high-impact answers, tightening your story, and building a clear interview strategy. If you have specific questions you would like to practice, we can do that too! My style is tailored, direct, and practical. I combine my experience as a Finance Program Manager at Google with coaching 1,200+ professionals to explain the “why” behind each recommendation and help you communicate your experience with clarity, confidence, and structure in real interviews. I’ve worked with clients across industries and career stages, from students preparing for their first internship interview to senior leaders navigating promotions and executive-level transitions. The goal isn’t just to get you through one interview, but to give you repeatable skills and confidence you can carry into every round going forward.
