Aidan has helped clients get into these companies:
Welcome to my profile. I successfully navigated the investment banking recruiting process in Fall 2025 and coach from real, recent experience with what works in today’s market. I focus on building strong technical skills from solid sources and preparing candidates to handle real interview pressure, not just technical drills in isolation. I work closely with career switchers to build a targeted recruiting strategy around which banks and groups make sense for their background, so effort is focused where outcomes are most likely. I have led technical workshops, run mock interviews, and coached candidates across accounting, valuation, recruiting strategy, resume refinement, and networking execution. The goal is simple: prepare efficiently, avoid outdated advice, and show up to interviews confident in both your skills and your strategy.

About Aidan
My path into finance and investment banking was not linear. Coming out of undergrad, I did not have a clean on campus pipeline or a clear next step, and I had to be intentional about resetting my trajectory. I worked to get into graduate school, built my technical foundation from the ground up, and put myself back into environments where I could compete for the opportunities I wanted. That process was uncomfortable at times, but it taught me how much progress comes from being honest about gaps and disciplined about closing them. Today, I have successfully made the transition into investment banking and continue to stay deeply engaged in finance through technical prep, market work, and mentoring others going through similar pivots. The experience of taking the longer road has shaped how I approach challenges, learning, and career decisions. I am motivated by growth, by pushing myself into demanding environments, and by helping others around me do the same.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I believe everyone should strive to become the fullest version of themselves, and for many people, that means choosing a path that challenges them at a high level. Investment banking is intense, but it is also one of the most formative early career experiences you can have. It builds technical ability, discipline, and credibility that compound for years and open doors across industries. I have seen how confusing and uneven the recruiting process can be, especially for people coming from nontraditional backgrounds. Too many strong candidates get discouraged or misled by outdated advice, unclear expectations, or poor strategy. I coach to help people cut through that noise, prepare the right way, and approach recruiting with confidence and intention. If someone is willing to do the work, I want them to feel like they had a real, well guided shot at breaking into this career.
