Why do I coach?

Breaking into venture capital wasn’t easy for me. As a first-gen professional with no prior finance background, I had to learn the hard way—through trial and error, relentless networking, and teaching myself the unwritten rules of VC. Along the way, I was lucky to find mentors who gave me a shot, and their guidance changed everything. Now, I coach because I want to pay that forward. Venture capital thrives on diverse perspectives, yet the industry’s barriers (hidden networks, opaque hiring, and "who you know" dynamics) keep too many talented people out. My goal is to demystify the process, equip you with real tactical skills, and help you build confidence in your unique edge.
