About Abisola

Hi, I’m Abisola—an ambitious, faith-filled, and multifaceted woman who believes that intentional growth changes everything. As someone who’s faced her own trials and tribulations, I’ve learned how to sit with discomfort, process then alchemize it, and come out more grounded in myself and God’s truth. I’ve always had a natural pull towards people, my kindergarten teacher even nicknamed me “Mother Hen” because I was always checking on others. Over the years, life has only deepened my empathy and intuition. People often say I have a calming aura and feel safe opening up to me, and I believe it’s because I lead with authenticity, presence, and an empowering truth! Together, we’ll use faith, growth, and wellness to guide our sessions—faith in yourself and your unique journey, growth that brings you into alignment with everything you're meant to be, and wellness through habits that nourish your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Life isn’t just about surviving, it’s about thriving. I believe we all have God-given potential, so let’s unleash it together. Book a session with me and let’s get started!

Why do I coach?

I coach because intentional growth has been a big part of my journey, and I want everyone to feel the power that comes from knowing who you are and what you’re made of. When I gave a TED Talk my freshman year on the power of change, I cried—not out of fear, but because I knew God was positioning me to use my voice to help others. And that's exactly what coaching is to me: helping others rediscover themselves, reminding them of who they are, and being a mirror for their greatness. I've faced trauma, heartbreak, family challenges, and the pressures of ambition, and yet I continue to rise. My pre-med journey, my passion for psychology and well-being, and my love for photography, growth and empowering others all reflect how multifaceted I am. Coaching is another way I get to pour into people, just like I’ve poured into myself. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that God gives us a vision for a reason—and it doesn’t have to make sense to anyone else but you. I believe we all have God-given potential, let's unleash it together!
