Why do I coach?

My own transition from Operations into Product Management was a significant undertaking, and frankly, tougher than it probably needed to be. I often wished back then for clearer, practical guidance from someone who actually navigated that specific path in Big Tech. That experience is exactly why I coach now. I find genuine satisfaction in demystifying the PM recruiting process, sharing actionable strategies drawn from my Google/Wharton background and interviewing experience, and helping talented people avoid the pitfalls so they can confidently achieve their PM career goals.
