Why do I coach?

I love working with leaders who know how to rise to the challenge but need a little help to show up in an authentic way. This may involve help battling overwhelm, thriving in ambiguity, and managing imposter syndrome. I also love coaching teams to achieve their goals, especially if those goals are ambitious and require complex strategic thinking.

This could be from onboarding to supporting new and existing career goals or transitioning to a new opportunity. Coaching helps support employees' well-being at work and future-proof themselves through planning and commitment to skills development.
