I've spent 20+ years working directly with pharma commercial teams at Merck, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Genentech, Johnson & Johnson, and others – not as an observer, but as the strategist in the room helping them solve their hardest commercial problems. My work has spanned product launches, go-to-market strategy, multichannel commercial execution, KOL engagement, and digital transformation. I led the $11M+ global interactive launch of Gardasil – Merck's most successful product launch of 2006 – and have helped pharma teams repeatedly find the blind spot: the better solution nobody in the room was working on yet.
