I've led design initiatives that impact thousands globally. In doing so, I’ve had to navigate constant stakeholder management across diverse cultures. Through this, I’ve honed clear, effective communication skills that have elevated my design work. My experience spans tech companies of all sizes—I've been the solo designer at a 7-person startup (later acquired by Datadog), one of four designers at a 100-person startup searching for product-market fit, and part of a growing design team in a 6,000-person scale-up preparing for IPO (from 20 to now 60 designers). This journey has equipped me with the ability to translate complex ideas, insights, and opportunities into well-structured projects that secure buy-in from even the most challenging stakeholders—across cultures, time zones, and remote settings. Now, I leverage this skill to help product designers enhance their communication strategies. I've co-authored a white paper with Google on plastics circularity, published a technical paper in the Oxford Academic Journal on the economic evaluation of CO₂ derived materials, and was interviewed as a thought leader for one of Canada’s grocery industry magazines.
