My career spans over 30 years across global organizations like Deloitte, KPMG, Rolta, and Amazon Web Services, where I built and scaled teams, led digital transformation programs, and worked closely with senior leaders across industries and geographies. On paper, my journey looks linear and successful—but like many of the professionals I now coach, it included moments of uncertainty, reinvention, and quiet questioning about what “next” really meant. Those moments are what led me to start Journey Redefined, where I work as a career and leadership coach for professionals at inflection points—promotion plateaus, leadership transitions, career pivots, and moments where clarity and confidence matter most. I bring both lived leadership experience and structured coaching, as an ICF-ACC certified coach, to help clients think clearly, act intentionally, and move forward with conviction. My work isn’t about quick fixes or generic advice. It’s about helping people reconnect with their strengths, make grounded decisions, and redefine success on their own terms.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I’ve seen how capable, successful people can still feel stuck, uncertain, or alone at key moments in their careers. I’ve been there myself—at points where the next step wasn’t obvious, where external success didn’t automatically bring clarity, and where decisions carried real personal and professional weight. After 30+ years in global leadership roles, I realized that what helped me most wasn’t advice or frameworks, but space to think clearly, be challenged honestly, and reconnect with what mattered. Coaching allows me to offer that same space to others. I don’t coach to tell people what to do—I coach to help them see themselves, their options, and their choices more clearly, so they can move forward with confidence and intent.
